Monique Lynelle Gray is an entrepreneur and business owner with diverse experience and an unwavering spirit that doesn't quit at the first sign of adversity. With a Master's Degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, graduating with a 3.67 GPA, and a Bachelor's in Strategic Communications from Temple University, she understands the importance of perseverance. After leaving the US Army, she continued her education, completing her Cosmetology Instructor's certification while finishing her Bachelor's degree. In 2012, she published her first book, "My Journey at 30," and that same year completed "A Teen's Guide to Succeed in High School." By 2015, she published "Blessed in the Midst of the Storm" and released her first studio album, "Love of the Music," in 2013. In 2016 and 2017, she launched the EPs "Get Lifted Up" and "I'm Still Blessed," and in 2021, released "The Love of the Music-Compilation Album."
Now, Monique Lynelle is utilizing all her knowledge, experience, training, and coaching in the speaking and coaching business. She assists others with travel to their events, vacations, and programs, while also providing links to stylish t-shirts and jewelry to enhance your lifestyle. As a licensed cosmetologist and certified, formerly licensed cosmetology instructor, along with her training as a facilitator in a discipleship program, she became a certified Stress Relief Coach and a certified Christian Counselor in 2014. With her certification in Leadership, Coach ML is here to pour enlightenment from her diverse background into other leaders, women, and individuals overcoming obstacles in their journey of personal development.
Additionally, she is a certified producer, videographer, and editor. From 2016 to 2018, she produced shows for the Public Access Television Station DCTV, including "The Monique Lynelle Show" and "Monique Lynelle's Journey - The Documentary." She also wrote, produced, and directed her first film and is now seeking a videographer for future events.
Monique is dedicated to helping people process their grief and manage their stress to achieve their goals with joy on their journey. "Part of living in my purpose is helping others to be or become their best selves," she states. Her motto is, "Quitting is not an option."
