Monique Lynelle is a multi-talented author, singer, speaker, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and live in their purpose. Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and webinars, she provides valuable guidance on overcoming grief, managing stress, and focusing on a more positive, fulfilling life. Monique also offers her published books, speaking engagements, and travel/jewelry packages to empower her clients to reach their full potential.
Monique Lynelle Gray is an Entrepreneur and Business Owner, with experience in various backgrounds and has the spirit that just doesn't quit at the first sign of adversity. Having a Master's Degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University graduating with a 3.67 GPA, and a Bachelor's in Strategic Communications from Temple University, she knows about finishing a few things. Continuing education after leaving the US Army, and completing her Cosmetology Instructor's simultaneously while completing her Bachelor's degree, then completing her 1st book in 2012 right around graduation, "My Journey at 30," and in the same year completing "A Teen's Guide to Succeed in High School," and in 2015 completing and publishing, "Blessed in the Midst of the Storm." Monique Lynelle went on to complete her 1st studio album entitled "Love of the Music," in 2013. And in 2016 and 2017 released the EP's "Get Lifted Up," and "I'm Still Blessed." And in 2021, "The Love of the Music-Compilation Album"
Now, Monique Lynelle is using all the knowledge, experience, training and coaching is finally in the speaking and coaching business, along with being able to assist others with travel to their events, vacations and programs, along with providing links to t-shirts, and jewelry to bring a little style to your lifestyle. As a licensed Cosmetologist and certified and formerly licensed Cosmetology Instructor, and after being trained as a Facilitator in a Discipleship program, and became a certified Stress Relief Coach, along with being a certified Christian Counselor since 2014, with a certification in Leadership, Coach ML is here to pour enlightenment from her diverse background into other leaders, women, and people dealing with obstacles in their process to progressing in life.
She is also a certified producer, videographer, and editor. Producing shows for the Public Access Television Station DCTV in 2016 through 2018, "The Monique Lynelle Show," and "Monique Lynelle's Journey - The Documentary," I also wrote, produced and directed my first film. Now, I need a videographer for future events.
I am here to help people process their grief and manage their stress to achieve their goals with joy on their journey.
